I'm sick

Slight fever (37.5C), flu, sore throat and headache.. What a Monday?! Must be kana the rain on Sat.. no wonder I'm so lethargic over the weekend.

Took a pontanlon this morning.. no time for doctor.. anyway see already oso cannot take sick leave. Today, I've 2 appointments in the West and a group discussion with manager and colleagues for the event on 08Jun. My schedule is packed... so damn packed!!

I got 2 appointments outside.. you want to help... then she says, ok as long as u are out... feel like give her a good HUG!! wahaha!

Idle Sunday

Last night, I was on msn chat with Johnie and he sent me all the foods link.. trying to make me hungry. At 11.30pm, had conference call with darling Vanessa and dear “he shall not be name” till 1am. So the above are all my excuse for waking up at 12.30pm today…Raining leh but stomach damn hungry… all Johnie’s fault.. make me hungry with all the links *evil smiles*.. so no choice lor.. must wash up.. go downstairs for brunch.

After lunch, I went to Prime supermarket to walk walk… still raining leh. I checked out the ingredient of chicken nuggets, cause I was still thinking of the comments by Johnie and James.. Both says chicken nuggets are make by all sort of chicken meats and FEATHERS.. Johnie says those black spot in chicken nuggets are feather that grind together with the chicken meats… I thought that was pepper. Ok.. I finally found the TRUTH.. it says chicken meats (mean no giblets), pepper and etc..etc… Haha! I can eat chicken nuggets again.. Chicken nuggets, I’m coming to eat you!! :-P

Shopaholic Illness

I think I’m suffering from shopaholic illness…

Been buying and buying.. yesterday just brought a m)phosis sweater at S$34.66 less 50%, a ZARA blouse at S$34.90 (paid S$20 by UOB voucher) and a pair of shoe at S$59.00. Total damage is S$91.23.. Good buy.. 3 items for less than S$100.. but I’ve been buying thingy almost everyday… even if I cannot find anything to buy.. I’ll just buy a small hair accessories… like that oso I happy lor. Great Singapore Sale is ON *dead*.

Terrible week

Blogging is going to be in turtle pace for awhile as my work building up.. sigh! This week is really a terrible week.. I don’t even have any time to think of anything else beside work.. work.. work..

Yesterday I had 2 meetings outside office and the moment I step in to office.. I have to take a conference call from 4.30-5pm, meeting with my general manager from 5-5.30pm, follow by 5.30-6.30pm for staff briefing.. After all this shit, I’ve to stayed back to clear all the outstanding issues plus write report…

This is how I look like for this week.. ha!ha! I just did a diamond peel with seaweed mask on Monday, WHAT A WASTE!! Should have done it on a Friday nite.. (btw, Leo.. thank you for this pic ah!)..

Things in office is really moving fast… Just got the news that we are goin to move out of the current place in end June. In the new office, we will be given Herman Miller Light chair (made in Korea) ha!ha!… so not the original one lah but better than nothing. Next I realized that I would not be given a desk in my new office. We will simply be working on docker.. We can work from home.. not reporting to office. This is what the company has been driving and working towards. It is going to be something new for me but need lots of discipline.. ha!ha! I’m sure I can do it as I’m always receptive toward changes. I think I can produce better result with such a flexible working environment. Hope no one abuse this system.. But I’m going to miss my desk and bears…

I’m looking forward to TGIF.. relax and recharge is definitely a MUST!

Relaxing Sunday

Sitting at the Starbucks reading New Paper was such a relaxing activity that I’m doing for this whole week. I ordered my fave almond butter cake (with strawberry jam) and a cup of tall size coffee…

I purposely leave home without my cell phone.. it was so great.. No sms, no phone call, no stress.

It was a near prefect place to day dream and relaxes but suddenly I heard a kid crying… Can we ban kids in Starbucks or can we have an adult café… strictly for adult??

Thur Nite: Dinner @ Sakae Sushi

We meet for dinner at Sakae Sushi Bugis Junction.. to celebrate Jerry passed his driving. Didi Jerry had a new hair cut.. really short lor but still cute lah..hee!hee!

Thank to Vanessa for making reservation otherwise we will be queuing outside... As usual we are extremely noisy (nuisance) in the restaurant… but it was fun and we had a great time…

The moment we sat down... my darlin Vanessa start playing with the mouse... and we ended up with dun know how many chawamushi.. We ordered 2 but the waitress kept coming with more for us...

Didi Jerry says the soya sauce looks like from “Ah Kun Lo Di” and he want to order 2 half boiled eggs…. Ai yo, another nonsense from these two "bao pei"..

This morning, everyone in the office has a present from our colleague from Indonesia. They are so sweet to get all the Indonesia’s stuff and make Sandy carry it back. Ha!ha! When I went over to look at it.. I was shocked to see instant noodles and honey… Who ordered those items? This box of foods look like for fugitive one leh!

Gals... you all muz be damn hungry ;-)

Free Movie

I’ve a whole load of works to do. Last night I worked till 10pm with no dinner… so damn shaq lor.

Vanessa got 2 free movie preview for Mission Impossible 3 from DHL tonight. I’m meeting her 6.30pm at Plaza Singapura.

I’m going to dump all my work tonight and leave the office on time… Hooray, got free movie tonight. hee!hee!

My Hong Kong Frens

My fren Jimmy was in town with his daugther, Eugenia.

So we meet up for foods and drinks on Sat 6 May.... We went to Lau Pat Sat to have local delights.

We had satay (complimentary from Ah Chiew).. Ah Chiew works for Ming Yen Seafoods and I'm a regular there. We ordered BBQ stingray, fried yau tiao, fried sotong, veg, mee goreng.. Eugenia likes the all the deep fried items and satays. After a hearty meal, we decided to take a slow walk around.. we walked to see Merlion, Boat Quay and finally ended up in Clarke Quay.

This Merlion remind me of Vanessa on Fri nite... ha!ha! She throw out in the bar, outside the bar, in the cab and at home.. got so much to throw out huh? See next time, she still dare to drink Long Island or not?!?!

I Love Obar

Yah.. Friday nite again. .. it is time to let go of stress, get crazy and relax.

Once again we ended in Obar… and a minor gastric (for me). This is all Vanessa's fault bcos she tried to do everything (change to party clothes, see her insurance agent, go to Robinson to buy her thingy..) at one-go so we ended up having a late dinner.

I had a great time bcos of the fantastic companions (darling Vanessa, dear Jerry, honey Leo and sweetheart Terence) I wanted to use cute cute on Jerry but somehow some one took that title (Didi... you understand why.. right? haha!).

Fly "ME" Aeroplane

We’re at Obar once again on 28Apr. Vanessa and myself kana multiple people fly us aeroplane last week. The most ridiculous one is Leo.

We met many new friends that night. And thank to Felix and Jerry for helping us with all the drinks.

Lunch Gathering

All the staffs were invited to George’s place for lunch today. He just renovated his home and spent around S$130K (including furniture). It is very nicely done up. The moment you step in.. you feel very comfortable.. it give you the feeling of a HOME.

I was too tired so only took 1 pic of the house.. this is the kitchen.. where the buffet line is. hee!hee!
