Sushi & Tepanyaki

Had sushi & tepanyaki at Sakae Sushi @ Changi Airport T2.. The tepanyaki included of beef, prawn, salmon, veg, chawanmushi, miso soup, garlic rice & fruits.. We also had ika teriyaki, fried veg, raw salmon sushi, raw tuna sushi and raw scallop sushi.. yummy!

New Laptop

Was suppose to get a new laptop before my trip to USA then it delayed.. IS told me, it should be here when I return.. and I return to office after my trip.. laptop is still not here.. bcos Dell USA and Dell Malaysia cannot communicate.. Story run this way..

and Dell Malaysia was suppose to deliver
then Dell Malaysia said we never pay
so they refuse to release the laptop
but Dell Thai, Dell China, Dell Taiwan already deliver the laptops to our other offices
It is either Dell Malaysia too smart or too stupid
so our HDQ had to get Dell USA to settle this with their counterpart
I wonder if the network in Thai, China and Taiwan work faster that why they received the instruction or email from US faster than Malaysia.. (which cannot be lor.. cos our IS personnel complaint so much about the China network)..
After all the confusion, I got my laptop on Monday

I choose shimmering design.. the nail is so crystal clear and it look like it is snowing at the tip.. feel like X'mas.. Chris from The Nail Status did it for me.. she is so good at it and I would says they are specialize in nail extension..

Reunion Dinner @ Coca

10.02.07 Sat - We had our reunion dinner at Coca International building.. Last year, baby Julian was still in mummy's tummy.. This year, is the official 1st reunion dinner with us.. We are so delighted when the little prince arrive at the restaurant.. everyone were busy attending to him.. even the waiter and waitress gather around to play with our little Julian..

We had to make sure our little prince finish his dinner 1st before we start.. Baby Julian very kwa.. he eats the veg porridge happily.. he keep opening his mouth for more..

Chinese New Year Cookies

On Saturday morning, I baked almond cookies and corn flakes cereal for Chinese New Year.. Mum been asking me if I'm baking the almond cookies this year.. It been 2 years since I last bake almond cookies and my first try on corn flakes cereal.. so I'm a bit garang-gabo..

Health Screening

Had my blood test on Sat morning for my bi-yearly health screen..

I think she took 3 small bottles of my blood.. probably around 10 cc.. I was too scare to look at it.. Just 10cc of bloods and they can test on liver, glucose, thyroid, blood platelet count, hepatitis, cholesterol, stool, urine.. they also give me 2 free test on cancer.. I choose breast and ovarian test which is important for women..



No pain & blue black at all..

I'm sad!

Alien has invaded my house.. I haven't been talking since Sat nite till today.. I wake up at 6.10am this morning and was out of house by 6.45am.. just to avoid the alien.. How long can I do it? My mind is not at peace.. script running through my brain every sec.. I hate this kind of feeling..

I put on 1kg!! I now weight 43kg.. What is the cause of the 1kg? FOODS!!

Went to Aljunied hawker centre last nite with Dear M... Been wanting to try the famous fish soup that everyone talks about.. The famous "Ng Soon Kee Fish & Duck Porridge".. We had fish soup, braised duck meat (very tender - MUST TRY!) and 3 bowls of rices.. total damage S$8.60 ONLY!! Cheap! Cheap!

Too Much Work ; Too Little Time

Don't think I will have time to blog as freq as the days passes by.. My work load is piling up from hump to mountain.. Today, I don't even have time for lunch.. I had to eat a cup noodle and it was soaked till the noodles were so fat.. cause I was on the line with customers.. Recently my heart beats also go faster.. wonder if I'll just get heart attrack :(

Date with My Little Friend

21.01.07 - Went swimming and sun tanning again.. as we promised our two little friends to meet by the pool at 12pm.. Our little friends turned up at 1.30pm and only 1 came.. as the girl was grounded at home.. I didn't swim as much as I want since I was having a running nose..

After the swim, Dear M and me went to ease our hungry tummy at Hougang.. I've been craving for the sizzling plate black pepper steak from Hougang.. It is always crowded but you never have to wait too long..

Scary Friday

19.01.07 - Friday nite and I'm so stressed up.. I worked till 7.40pm.. by the time I left the office, there are still many more works to do.. Lucky that Joo Chiat famous Teochew porridge & rice still open.. the warm foods fill my hungry tummy.. and I finally had my fave steamed black fish..

I've decided to give a miss to that bloody movie.. and proceed to enjoy a nice dinner at GV Vivo City.. I've been eating a lot lately.. happy or sad.. I just eat and eat.. I find the dinner so so.. Only the tom yam seafoods soup is delicious..

Swimming in the Rain

14.01.07 - Reach the swimming pool and it start to rain.. Still going ahead to swim as I really need to soak myself in the water.. need to cool off.. I start to have fear going to work tomorrow.. I just hate this kind of feeling..



I've the whole pool.. and we make friends with 2 little kids.. They are so innocent and fun.. We play with them at the kiddy pool.. We even make friend with the life guard.. The people at this swimming pool are so friendly and nice.. the pool is also very clean.. Before we go, we agreed to meet the 2 kids by the pool next Sunday at 12pm..

Dinner at Joo Chiat.. we have Fei Fei wanton mee (which is popular) and bbq cuttlefish..



The noodle is handmake.. At 1st, I got shock.. argh! so plain and where is the char siew and wanton.. It taste so good.. the char siew & wanton are hidden under the noodle..

After dinner, went parkway to collect pant then shop again! Poor Dear M's mom cook but dare not tell me.. so go home still must eat again..

Feel Really Lousy

Last Friday, I feel really lousy.. New Year.. New way of working.. Lotsa of changes.. Management expecting more.. Changes is good but expecting too much with no pay increment can be demoralised.. My pay is already not fantastic.. not even enough to support my "humble" lifestyle.. The biggest disappointment is no movement.. no challenge.. I never see my future and my succession plan..

The only thing that brighten up my day was this sms.. "It seem like it is going to rain today, I will come and pick you up at 6.15pm.. menu for dinner 1) Parkway Tomyam steamboat, 2) Haig Road satay, 3) Bedok South fishball noodle or 4) Kovan mixed rice..

We head for Parkway Tomyam steamboat.. hot and spicy to wash down my lousy mood..

Yummy! The beef here is fantastic.. & chilli is the best!!

After dinner, we shop.. shop.. shop.. till all the shops closed!! Feel better after a hearty meal and shopping..

05 .01.07 - Happy Birthday Dear M.. We went to Jerry at Jalan Kayu for dinner.. I was too full to eat cause I had buffet congee for lunch.. so we ordered a main course, ribeye steak with bbq prawn and an appetizer, the popular buffalo wing with smoking level of spiciness (entry level)..

The steak is so tender.. prawn is very fresh.. I enjoyed the baked potato very much.. The buffalo wings tasted good.. I will go for the next level of spiciness on my next visit.. The price is reasonable.. I will be back :)

01.01.07 - Didn't drink much on the New Year cause I'm not feeling well.. but lucky got Bro D and Dear M to finish that bottle of red wine and foods.. I wake up around 10am on the 1st day of 2007 but my bro slept till almost 2pm.. I had to knock his door to wake him up..

After shower, we went jalan jalan at CP and had lunch.. I'm so happy that I spent time with bro.. We brought 2 English DVD for S$25 and 2 Korean DVD for S$50..

Baby Julian is Hercules

Our most darling baby Julian fell off the bed this morning under his blur daddy's care.. Jie Jie is so angry and his daddy panic cos Julian's mouth bled.. This is the 2nd time Julian fell off the bed.. so Jie Jie insisted to go to hospital.. At hospital, both kana scolding by doctor..

Julian.. you want to move to yi yi's house? yi yi come and fetch you.. don't need to bring clothes.. yi yi will buy branded one for you.. My poor hercules :(

S$9.80 net per person.. lotsa choices.. but as usual buffet is never a good choice for me.. cause I can't really eat that much.. I hate the feeling of suffering after too much foods :(

New Year Countdown

Had my new year countdown with my bro D and Dear M at Pasir Ris Downtown East.. We arrived at 11pm and it was just nice that we managed to catch Fan Wei Qi's performance.. She sang a few nice song.. but I think her live performance not so powerful.. We did the countdown and balloons drops from the ceiling.. it was very exciting..

After the countdown, we went to blue hut for a drink.. we are so lucky to get a table immediately as we step into the bar.. we ordered a bottle of red wine, sotong balls, french fries, chicken wings and calamari..

Darling Vanessa called me at 12am to wish me happy new year.. I'm so happy.. Darling is at chalet but we did meet up for a while.. bcos we need to pass her X'mas present..

30.12.2006 - deliver blueberry muffins to jie jie.. and play with my darling nephew Julian.. He is getting more & more handsome.. and this little fellow has a dimple on the left face (just like me!).. We played with our little crown prince and he shows us his "zhen zi" crawling skill.. I actually video tape it using my hp but I just cannot load it.. so upset..



I left a love bite on his arm before I left :)

Go Pray Pray

29.12.2006 - Dear M came to pick me up from office after work.. we were thinking where to go.. Go look for darling but she is not working (so good life!).. go marina for movie or coffee.. In the end, we decided to bring mum to Da Po Gong in Loyang.. She been wanting to go but it been raining for so many days..

If you are lucky, you will be able to see numbers appearing on this stone.. many people squat around this magic stone.. mum spend long time looking at it.. but still cannot see any numbers..

This is my 1st time to Da Po Gong Temple.. so it was interesting.. It faces the sea and many fishes in surrounding it.. very nice place.. I feel serenity..

After praying, we went to Bedok South for dinner... we had the popular fishball mee pok and cuttlefish kang kong.. both tasted very yummy..

Dinner at Thanying

Had dinner at Thanying last nite with the gals.. It is to celebrate Evelyn's birthday.. It been a long time since I last dine at Thanying.. business don't seem to be as good as before.. but the Tom Yam Gong still taste spicy & good..


Meal courses.. buffet dessert.. got pamelo, jack fruit with glutinous rice and many different types of kueh.. (Forgot to bring my camera.. have to make do with my camera phone)

We had tom yam gong, deep fried garoupa, thai fish cakes, claypot glass noodle with crab, mixed vegetable with oyster sauce, green curry with chicken, steamed rice and buffet dessert..
