I promised to bake blueberry muffins for jie jie since Julian was 3 months old (Baby Julian is now 5 months old).. and I finally did it after many reminders from her :)
muffins mix, a can of blueberry, 3/4 cups of milk, 1/4 cup of veg oil and 2 eggs.. and muffins in the oven..

Had the year end offsite meeting at Changi Village Hotel yesterday.. Some good news, some bad news, some worrying figures, some encouraging words.. all overflow the room.. It was a long and dragging meeting..

It was crowded at Clarke Quay even it rain earlier.. C Clinic, Fashion bar, MOS (even the priority queue was so long), Crazy Elephant, Forbidden City, China one, 1 nite stand... All crowded.. Many bars and clubs also take this festive season opportunity to implement entrance fee.. What a good time to earn money..
Party & people everywhere.. a good time to drink, get drunk and do the countdown.. at the same time, we are also worry about road block.. haha!

Happy Birthday Meow Meow ~ I got this and a pendant for her.. Actually I saw a hello kitty hot pot but it was a last piece and dented.. so had to give up.. then I was struggling between a hello kitty soft toy head or this cookie container.. not knowing it contains cookies inside.. I only found out after I got home :)
I also got the hello kitty wrapper for her.. but I decide not to wrap the gift but give the wrapper to her so she can use it.. heehee! I was worry my wrapping skill may spoilt the wrapper..
How time flies.. I've been writing my blog for 1 year.. My 1st blog was on boxing day 2005.. During the past 1 year, there are many good and bad memories.. All my joy, fun, sad and tears moments are recorded.. At time, I will also return to the past and read through how I spent my life.. I'm glad I've start doing it.. and this will go on & on..
On 26th December 2004, Tsumani hit Asia.. It took away Helen's life.. It been 2 years and a sad time for me every Christmas.. I've never step into the sad place Phuket since then.. I think I'll only visit Phuket when I'm ready to accept her death..
It takes time for the pain to heal.. and I know Helen is happily with the lord.. I hope time heals everyone sorrow and may the warm memories remain! We still miss you, Helen..
Went for breakfast and bump into V and her two boys.. She has applied for divorce with T.. She wanted the child custody and T can get the house.. She has since moved out and is now renting a house in my area with her 2 boys, 1 girl and maid.. V has been very strong and mature.
Within this month, already got 2 friends going through divorce.. I start to recall the time when I attended their wedding and now they are separated.. no longer want to talk about the other party.. What is marry?
Received X'mas hamper from Adi this morning.. He is always so nice.. Although he no longer live in Singapore.. He still make it a point to order and deliver the hamper to my house every year.. I'm so lucky to have a friend like him.. He is very busy with his new company in Los Angeles.. and he is planning to visit Singapore in Jan/Feb 07.. We will be meeting up soon!

Went facial at PS last nite.. Supermarket and shops are all crowded with people.. Everyone is rushing for last min X'mas shopping..
Walked into Aussino and grab some new X'mas design bedsheets, quilt cover, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels.. There is a new S$2 shop from Japan but it was so damn crowded.. so I give it a miss..
My bad habit.. Whenever I go to Aussino.. I'm sure to buy bedsheet or bath sheet.. Conclusion: sleeping and bathing are very important to me :)
Santarina is here.. I've just distribute all the X'mas present to my colleagues... feel so good! Today is going to be a busy day for me.. I'm invited to a X'mas lunch.. so I've to go to Swissotel Plaza to collect a honey baked ham then proceed to Tiong Bahru to meet Meow Meow and Regina to collect sushi and pizza.. Party will be held in Meow Meow office..

I've been making him work really hard over the past few days.. It is a punishment for abandoning us.. He is going on vacation from 23Dec and back next year (although he hardly go on vacation).. Tomorrow is my last day to give him extra work (for this year) :)

I was stucked at Tampines yesterday till 8.30pm b'cos of rain.. Reached home and bottom part of me all wet.. Had to rush to washroom to clean myself up and pop a panadol.. Didn't sleep well last night, keep feeling my head very heavy.. this morning, wake up late.. with fever at 37.5 C.. have to rush to office.. Since it rain all night, every where is flooded.. so I wear skirt and slipper.. I hate the wet and sloppy feeling.. but I received a nice sms "super heavy rain, be careful".. feel so warm.. compensated for the unwell and bad weather..
Lucky the bus uncle off the air cond.. at least I don't feel too cold..

Attended another appreciation nite on 15 Dec 06.. It was held at the Neptune Threate Restaurant.. It started at 5pm and ended 8.00pm.. Most invited guests flown in from Japan.. the dress code for the nite was jacket suit.. It looks like some kind of underground world meeting :) hehe! The event was run in Japanese.. so I understand none.. It was like a mini Japan.. All I did that nite was "bow" and smile.. They served many types of liquor and nice foods..
Our Japan office sponsored 2 business class tickets to Honolulu.. and 3 Japan staff came & attended the event..
Event on that nite.. presentation, appreciation awards, lucky draw, lion dance and fire cracker..
Early Christmas dinner with the gals last nite.. Amanda L, Evelyn, May and Shirley.. We decided to go for Japanese cuisine.. We meet 7pm at the Sun Japanese Dining located at Chijmes Hall (赞美礼堂), the restored chapel provides a breath-taking backdrop for musicals, recitals, theatrical performances and wedding. The restaurant had a delightful and beautiful ambiance.
Sun Japanese Dining at Chijmes.. We had lotsa foods.. Tontoro Yaki, Chicken Teriyaki, Sankai Tempura Mori, Tenderloin Tepanyaki, Kani & Karasumi, 2 Sirloin Sukiyaki and for dessert.. we had Uji Macha Mini Parfait, Tofu Cheese Cake and Kyodango & Warabi Mochi.. the foods taste good but I think the service is even better.

Amanda L got a new job.. I'm happy for her since she has been wanting to leave since the 1st day she joined her current company.. and with us moving out of the building.. she has no more kaki and drive to go to work.. She is leaving for holiday to Hong Kong on 17Dec and back on 22Dec.. I'll meet her on 22Dec.. then she will get her X'mas present..
My new hair clip.. S$4.90 only.. I brought it yesterday at the shop "Helen" from Hougang Mall :) I took a long time to choose.. since there are so many colors and design.. In the end, I decided to go with something simple.. I saw another design which cost a bomb.. I may go back to the shop and get it since this hair clip works really well for me :)
I'm back.. flown 897 miles.. aching and tiring.. but I'm happy to be back home.. Had a great time with all my colleagues.. these are the best people in my life..

The Chao Phraya River dinner cruise arranged by my company.. Asia GMs joined us.. cause GM meeting was also helded in Bangkok..

Darling Vanessa and me.. went for photo shooting last nite.. It was such a rush as David's schedule is so damn pack.. plus must return gown by 08Dec and with me leaving for BKK this Sunday.. We really don't have much time left.. I was so damn tired this week due to the extra work I'm taking on.. and the stupid gown is so heavy..

We took 195 shots.. as usual we make hell of noise in the studio.. Darling Vanessa turn the studio into her play ground.. She keeps wanting to hug the doggy toy and take it with her gown.. She must be thinking she's graduating as a vet.. It was tiring but fun!! The happiest part of all.. We have "Our Dream Come True".. not about the getting a degree but we've been planning to take convocation photo together even before we graduate.. and WE DID IT!! We had a great time!!
