Loyalty

Loyalty is not defined by being faithful when someone makes the same decision as you would, or does something that you like.

True loyalty is defined by staying faithful and true when someone makes a mistake and/or when someone makes a different decision than you would make.

People make mistakes and people will sometimes make decisions we don't agree with.

Sales is a team effort. Loyalty to the team and to the customer will benefit everyone.
