Purpose, Process, Payoff

When meeting with client, do you use Purpose, Process, Payoff to start your meetings?

Remember to start your meetings with telling your customers:
Purpose - why are we meeting?
Process - how will we go through the material?
Payoff - how we will benefit from spending this time together?
Then be sure to follow up with a Permission Question, asking your customer if this is an acceptable way to have the meeting.
This will ensure every person at the meeting has a clear understanding of your objective and you will have a better chance of achieving your goal.
