How Can We Improve Ourselves?

Each of us has little power to control our end product, whether a flight is on time, if the meal tasted good, and if the flight attendants were courteous. But each of us do have infinite power to control ourselves and to make ourselves better salespeople. If we want to continue to improve our results, we must continue to make ourselves better salespeople. If all of us do this collectively, our results will improve.
