Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of a day.. Breakfast is good for our brain and body.. It helps us to perform better at work.. but I just simply don't have that habit..

I tried.. and for the past 2 days I rushed for the bus to Pasir Ris so I can grab a bun.. Today, I make it to Pasir Ris as usual but I actually forgot to buy breakfast *real bird brain*..

So I ended up drinking 3 in 1 milo and had a pack of Khong Guan lemon biscuit.. biscuit was donated by my colleague ;-)
