Dietary Control

I've made up my mind to go for an extreme dietary control to improve my coronary risk.. I'm going to eat just plain, boring but healthy meal daily.. I plan to eat lotsa of vegetables, fish, soup and steamed items over the next 6 months.. maybe I'll reward myself one meal/per week with white meat.. then go for another blood test to check my cholesterol level again.. Long Life Bear Bear!!



Yong Tau Foo (broccoli, golden mushroom, green chilli, fishball, tau foo, bean spouts with bee hoon).. I had this at 12pm.. by 3pm.. I'm already hungry.. Must take in more carbo.. otherwise I'm going to loss weight again.. and that is not what the doc wants.. I just barely hit the BMI :(
