Majestic Restauarant

We had a corporate dinner at Majestic Restaurant on the 24Apr. Nice place, nice foods, nice wine but expensive price.

The restaurant is in a boutique hotel along Bukit Pasoh.

1. Tuna Tartare with Soya Vingearette (Duval Leroy NV Brut)

2. Double-boiled sea treasures consomme with black truffle

3. Braised boston lobster with creamy lemon sauce (Deloach Russian River Chardonnay 2002)

4. Lime Sorbet

5. Main course... with a choice.

a) Pan-seared fillet of rib-eye in homemade sesame sauce

OR

b) Grilled rack of lamb in Chinese honey sauce (Angove's Coonawarra Carbernet Sauvignon 2001)

6. Carrot cake with XO sauce

7. Deep-fried Chinese pancake filled with red bean paste accompanied with green tea ice-cream (Anakena Single Vineyard Late Harvest 2003)

Price S$130 +++ per person.
