Focus on Continued Improvement

~*~*~*~
Remember the first mobile phone? It was as big as a laptop computer folded in half, it was heavy, had poor reception, and was very expensive. What if we would have been satisfied with that phone and never tried to make it better? Thankfully, the employees of the phone makers have continuously improved the phones; have made them smaller with better reception, less expensive and added multiple features.

The airline market is improving and changing everyday too. People's tastes and preferences are changing everyday. If we do not change and improve too, we will be left behind with that big, heavy, expensive mobile phone from fifteen years ago that nobody wants anymore. We must find new and better ways of doing things in order to be successful. We must become the ultra light, inexpensive mobile phones that have email, a camera, internet access, and more. In comparison, what kind of mobile phone are you?

What have you improved upon lately?
